The UKFM Group was created to control the leading HVAC companies in the UK.
Made up of five subsidiary companies we offer clients a complete mechanical and electrical service from design and installation to planned and reactive maintenance, all of which is controlled from our Glasgow head office. We are one of very few companies to offer clients a truly national service without the need to sub-contract, this is achieved through our in house engineering team and five regional offices in Newcastle, Rotherham, Manchester, Cannock and Maidstone.
The group directly employs close to one hundred specialist engineers operating remotely throughout the UK. Through our advanced CADFM software each engineer is assigned tasks through their hand held PDA which is then updated in real time. The result of this is when combined with our 24 / 7 in house FM help desk and van trackers, is real time updates and unrivaled turn around on quotes and invoices. Our advanced software also allows us to catalogue each clients assets, through condition reporting we assist our clients in planning future expenditure and better equip our engineers to tackle on going problems whilst increasing first time fixes.
