Velodrome HVAC Maintenance Contract
The UKFM Group Ltd is proud to be awarded the HVAC maintenance contract at the Velodrome which was recently completed in London in preparation for the London 2012 Olympic Games. Our regional surveyor worked closely with the client and produced a proposal which offered the best solution for the client, seeing off competition from a host of industry leading companies. This win clearly demonstrates the ability of the UKFM Group Ltd to successfully negotiate and deliver some of the most prestigious contracts recently tendered in the UK.

Royal Albert Hall Chiller Installation
Our relationship with this client began when we were asked to look at replacing one of the chiller systems on the high roof of this iconic, world famous building. Our lead surveyor in London along with our installation team worked closely with the client and produced a proposal to replace the existing unit, which ran on R22 refrigerant, with a modern alternative. The client was impressed with our approach, planning and pricing structure and accepted our proposal shortly after submission. The works began swiftly with the old unit being lifted down by crane, alterations were then made to the steel supports and pipework to accommodate the new unit which was then lifted into place. The system was then commissioned and tested and left fully operational, the client was so impressed with the quality and professionalism shown during these works that he has signed up with UKFM Group Ltd for HVAC maintenance across the whole site and also for the installation of a number of split air conditioning systems.

National M&E Maintenance Contract
UKFM Group commences three year contract with retail client covering their 30 warehouse retail sites nationally for HVAC and Electrical maintenance. The contract covers both planned and reactive maintenance working to a tight maintenance schedule whilst meeting and exceeding the performance indicators set by the client.
Through asset tagging we have produced detailed asset registers and condition reports for the client. These reports come with our recommendations detailing investment opportunities and cost saving initiatives.

New National Contract
UKFM Group commences three year national contract with client in the leisure industry covering HVAC. The deal covering over 80 large health and leisure facilities covers all HVAC and gas catering equipment. Our performance is monitored through our CADFM system and reports are offered monthly to the client.

HVAC Installation Complete
UKFM Group completes air conditioning installation at HMV in Milton Keynes, the new system has improved energy efficiency by around 50 % and allows the client to claim money back trough the ECA scheme. The new system was installed on time and within budget with no disruption to store opperations.
